Hi. I’m glad you’re here.

My blog, A Soft Place to Land, is a coupling of my latest homesewn quilt alongside a softly worded narrative, which is usually a story about someone or something still wonderful. I equate quilting with all the safe feelings you can think of, so this feels like a natural pairing.

You will also find resources to assist with my first and lasting love, children’s grief support. Use this site to:

  • connect with links to local and national grief supports

  • draw from my comprehensive bibliography of grief-themed children's literature
